Inquiries and quotes
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or an obligation to provide services. Availability, scope and price must be agreed in writing.
Paid services
All songwriting, vocalist and promotion work is paid. Free or unpaid collaborations are not offered. The project agreement sets the payment schedule, delivery dates and revision allowance.
Rights and ownership
Copyright, writing credits, recording ownership, licenses and usage permissions are determined by the written project agreement. No rights are transferred by browsing this website or submitting an inquiry.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to the brief, additional revisions, cancellation and refund arrangements must be addressed in the specific project agreement. No cancellation or refund policy is implied by an inquiry.
Third-party services
Embedded music is provided by SoundCloud and is subject to its terms. Promotion outcomes controlled by audiences or third parties are not guaranteed.
